FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Summit HVAC Launches Same-Day Commercial Repair Service in Denver DENVER, Colo., Oct. 1, 2026 — Summit HVAC today launched a same-day commercial repair service for restaurants, clinics and warehouses inside the Interstate 470 loop, with a two-hour response window on business days. The service begins Oct. 5 and covers rooftop units, walk-in refrigeration and make-up air systems. Commercial customers can book by phone or through the company's website. How to use the generator
- Fill in the facts, not prose. Names, numbers, dates and prices first; the generator handles the order and the formatting.
- Write the first paragraph in the "What's happening" box. Say what is new, who it affects and when. One name and one number is enough.
- Add your quote. A real opinion from a named person beats a marketing sentence, and reporters will quote it directly.
- Press Generate and read the output aloud. If the first paragraph does not answer what, who and when, fix the field rather than the output.
- Copy it into Word or Google Docs, set a plain font and add your logo if you have one. Then send it, or have us write and publish it.
The dateline is generated in AP style — city in capitals, state abbreviation and month abbreviation, with an em dash before the lead. The rules are in our AP style dateline guide; the embargo guide covers what to add if your news is time-locked.
Tips for a better generated release
- Keep the headline under 100 characters. Long headlines get cut in news feeds and search results.
- One announcement per release. If you have two news items, generate twice.
- Numbers earn pickup. "Hired eight technicians" is quoted; "expanded our team" is not.
- Put the most local detail in the lead. Regional outlets look for a local angle, and it costs you one clause.
- Proofread the generated text. The generator formats; it does not fact-check your spelling or your claims.
- Save your boilerplate. Reuse the same About paragraph on every release so your description stays consistent.
The generator runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you type is sent to us or stored anywhere. It is a formatting tool, not a writing service — for that, our editors write and publish your release from $195.
Our editors write your press release, publish it across our network of news sites, and send you a report with every live link. One-time price, live within 5 business days.

Is the press release generator free?
Yes, and there is no signup. Fill the form in, generate, copy the text and use it however you like.
Do I have to send the release anywhere to make it count?
Yes — a release only works if people read it. Send it to your local press and trade publications yourself, or have us distribute it across our network of news sites, with writing included.
Will the generator write the press release for me?
It formats one from your facts. If you would rather not write anything, our editors turn a few sentences about your news into a finished release, publish it and send you a live-link report — from $195, live within 5 business days.
Can I use the output in Word or Google Docs?
Yes. Copy it with the button above and paste as plain text. Keep an 11–12 pt font, one-inch margins and single spacing.
